Kaiya Solo

My neighbor came over last week and made these molds of Kaiya's hands. It was really cool to watch... she dunked Kaiya's hands in Dixie cups filled with dental mold stuff, then filled them with a stone mixture. The result is a perfect replication of my baby's little fists. Cool huh?

I was so excited to show Brad. When he came home, he didn't miss a beat. He took one look at the sculpture and asked if we could donate it to Jabba's palace. You know, to complete his humans-in-carbonite collection.

By the way, while looking for a picture of said human-in-carbonite, I found by brother Scott's new desk. What the??

That is hilarious. And is it weird that I think that would be kind of a cool desk?

The fists are a semi-creepy, I'll give Brad that. But that desk is wicked-cool-in-a-really-creepy-kind-of-way.

What's funniest to me about the Han Solo deak, is that you know some obsessed fan would NEVER actually use it as a desk. That would cover up the essence of the desk! Hilarious, nonetheless. :)

And Kayia Solo's cute little fists are pretty cool. She is so sweet!!!

ya, could you get that desk for Scott for his birthday...that'd be great. Right up there with the i pods we got for Christmas from the cool Walker family! I think Kaiya should go into boxing! Those are some lovely fists!!

I love the little fists. I didn't think of Han Solo, but I did wonder what she was trying to spell in sign language. But honestly, I think they're cool!

The hands are cute, but stick to just doing the hands, or it could get creepy! :D
