that Jessica Simpson is full of...

Okay - so I've been "trying" Proactiv since last summer, and have yet to see real improvements. It hasn't made my skin any better when I use it. BUT - if I go a couple days without it, I totally break out. So I guess my skin is addicted to the chemical concoction, but it's only maintaining my original amount of acne-face.

Am I alone in my frustration? Has this stuff worked for any of you? Should I throw in the towel and save 20 bucks a month?

You know what? I tried it once about 5 years ago and quit after like 3 wks because I was having the same issues that you are but I order it again 2 yrs ago and it really has done wonders for my face. I keep thinking that maybe I'll try something else and not spend the money but I just can't give it up! Maybe give it a bit longer and see if it starts working...

I am a die hard believer in the stuff. Jessica Simpson is still full of crap though. Virgin--my a$$.

It was mediocre for myself. I am, however, laughing out loud at Alicia's Jessica Simpson smack in the face!

man I love the lee girls...I SWEAR by the stuff (and so does scott, secretly--i have him hooked) but when I used in living in Minnesota...it didn't do a crappy thing, but when I moved to Utah it was bliss! I took a break from it for awhie and then when i restarted it was heavenly! Good luck, but I have never really noticed any "bad skin" on you...it's usually quite flawless!
Wow I agree with everyone saying it works sometimes and sometimes not. I don't get it! I used to be totally a believer and couldn't live without it, and then all of the sudden I stopped getting break outs and now I use the Wal-Mart version of Oil of Olay. How cheap am I? I actually HAVE about six bottles of it under my bed and don't want to use it because I'm afraid I'll break out and have to depend on it again. What's a girl to do :)

serious with the flawless stuff. i've never noticed any problems with your gorgeous skin. i've never used the stuff, my friends did and loved it, but i could never get myself to try it. my SIL annette and amy used it, but it was bleaching all of their towels when they used it... have you noticed that or was it just the vests?

Anyone can hide anything with M.A.C. concealer :)
Hey Michelle...sorry for busting in on your blog..(this is Leslie's little sister Marie)...anyhow...I have really bad skin, don't really like to talk about it, but I used the ProA for about a year and it didn't work(accually made me worse)...then I took a break for about 6mos...went back to it and it still didn't work for me...so I tried a line called MURAD, it's basiclly the same thing except it's not as HARSH because it doesn't have Benzoil Peroxide in it! I figured that's why Proactive wasn't working for me (guess I'm too sensitive to BP?) The MURAD works for me...I still get the occational breakouts during that time of the month, but it's not that bad! Thanks 4 letting me leave my comment! Hope it helps...
BTW...I've always thought you're sooooo Beautiful! :P
Tell Brad I said Hellur! And I'll see ya at the next Gleaves...get together!
Marie:)
