Kaiya just looked so cute yesterday that I had to take a picture. Too bad she wouldn't let me take her binky out. I love these little jeans (a fantastic hand-me-down from cousin Isabel) and I'm sad because they're getting a bit snug.

I had the inexplicable desire to listen to old NSync music this morning (don't judge me), and the scene in my bathroom was pretty much this... Seriously, I urge you all to bust out No Strings Attached if you're lucky enough to still own a copy. It's my new Monday morning cure-all.

Geez... nobody cared if I didn't post anything for months when it was just Brad and me, but now that Kaiya is here I keep getting crap for not updating the blog. I knew having a kid would get me more attention :) Actually, I am sorry it's been so long. I thought staying home would give me all this extra time for housework, projects, blogging, etc. Ya right. If I can't keep up now, what am I going to do when I go back to work in a couple weeks? Anyhow - without further adieu, here are some more current pictures of my one month old! She has already grown so much! Here is Kaiya attentively watching the presidential inauguration. Really. It was funny. I tried to explain to her that despite national consensus, Barack Obama is not a god. I don't think she got it. She's developing quite the double chin and I love it!
